Constructed in 1912 by Akron’s rubber baron F.A. Seiberling (founder of Goodyear Rubber & Tire Company), Stan Hywett Hall’s carriage house (i.e. garage) is a utilitarian structure clothed in a delightfully un-utilitarian skin. Best bits? That copper spire! Also, those wonderfully carved eaves!
More information on Stan Hywett Hall here.
